FLEXIMINDS Sp. z o.o. ("Fleximinds", "we") is the data controller for information collected through this website, registered in Poland (KRS 0001100632, NIP 1133131196) at ul. Brzeska 24C / 401, 03-737 Warszawa, Poland.
2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly - such as your name, work email, company and message when you contact us or request API access - and technical data such as IP address, device and usage analytics collected automatically when you visit the site.
3. How we use data
We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send product updates you have opted into, ensure security and comply with legal obligations. We process data on the bases of consent, contract performance and legitimate interest.
4. Data processed through the API
When you use the Fleximinds API, you are the controller of the personal data you submit, and we act as your processor. We process such data only on your instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement, and we do not use customer data to train shared models without explicit consent.
5. Data residency & retention
Data is processed and stored within the European Union. We retain contact data for as long as needed to serve your request and, where applicable, the duration of our relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, contact aisolution@fleximinds.dev.
7. Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security testing. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
