1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, APIs and services provided by FLEXIMINDS Sp. z o.o. ("Fleximinds"). By accessing the services you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your account. You must not share secret keys, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to violate any law, infringe rights, attempt to reverse engineer the models, or submit data you are not authorized to process. We may suspend access for violations that create risk to the platform or other customers.
4. Service levels
Production plans include the uptime commitments described on our Pricing page. Sandbox environments are provided as-is for testing and carry no availability guarantee.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed on a usage basis as described at the point of purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of the services.
6. Intellectual property
Fleximinds retains all rights in the platform, models and documentation. You retain all rights in the data you submit and the outputs generated for you, subject to your payment of applicable fees.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The services provide decision support and do not constitute legal, financial or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleximinds' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw.
